Intermezzo Chamber Music Series
Exquisite music in singular settings: Libby Gardner Concert Hall, Grand America Courtyard, Westminster College, and Gallivan Center
Twenty-Five Years of Music and Connection
This summer, Intermezzo Chamber Music Series celebrates its Silver Anniversary with five programs built around a single idea: that music is most alive when it is most human. Our 2026 season takes inspiration from Robert and Clara Schumann - two composers, one household, a lifetime of shared devotion - and from the musicians joining us this summer, many of whom bring long histories of collaboration and mutual trust to the stage. Some have performed together for decades. The season’s theme runs through the roster as much as the repertoire. Five Monday evenings. Five programs spanning Chopin, Schubert, Brahms, Debussy, Ravel, and the Schumanns themselves. We hope you’ll join us.
